The inaugural lecture series of the UC Cooperation in Ancient Philosophy (UC-CAP) continues with a talk by Professor David Blank (UCLA). The topic of his lecture is Philodemus’ critique of Diogenes of Babylon’s theory of musical perception. It is part of David Blank’s pioneering research on the works of Philodemus.
