The Department is proud to announce the promotion of Lydia Spielberg to the role of Associate Professor with tenure.
Professor Spielberg joined the department in 2018 and currently serves as the Director of our Postbaccalaureate Program. She teaches classes in Latin language and Roman culture and has published widely on Roman historiography and rhetoric. Her book, The Words of Others in Roman Historiography, is forthcoming from the University of Michigan Press. Congratulations Lydia!
