Alex Purves Wins Distinguished Teaching Award

Professor Alex Purves has been selected by the UCLA Academic Senate Committee on Teaching to receive the Distinguished Teaching Award for Senate Faculty. The selection committee has particularly honored her contribution to graduate teaching by adding a citation for “Distinction in Teaching at the Graduate Level” to the award.
